Emotional Intelligence | April 1, 2020

Karen Ryla, LCPC, NCC will lead this interactive discussion on the interwoven dynamics of both personal and social emotional intelligence and explore how fostering these skills can not only enhance your leadership ability but overall life relationships.  Prior to this workshop, Karen encourages you to take an hour and a half out of your life to enjoy an authentic, real, and fun depiction of emotional intelligence in viewing the Disney Pixar movie Inside Out.

Be A Better Mentor | June 10, 2020

Join Karen and a guest expert for an exploration of mentoring. They'll discuss how to be a more effective mentor, the benefits of reciprocal mentoring and more. 

Counteracting Implicit Bias | September 2, 2020

A guest expert will join Karen in leading this discussion on how to identify the impicit biases you bring to the table, how they affect your leadership and how to counteract them. 

Physical/Mental Health & Productivity | December 2, 2020

We're taking a holistic approach to well being in this session, co-presented by Karen and Mike and Paige Wilcox of Wilcox Wellness & Fitness. Karen will speak to the importance of caring for your mental health while the Wilcox's tackle physical health and its impact on your overall productivity. You'll leave with plenty of tips on how to improve your overall wellbeing.
